VIP's are seated in reserved seats labeled with their names instead of just "reserved" or "wedding party" to avoid any confusion on the wedding day.
Since the ceremony space is not set up for rehearsal, it is challenging for the wedding party to visualize how everything will be for them. I like to include a visual in the seating arrangement so they can refer to that during rehearsal and apply that reference on the wedding day.
This wedding is coming up, so we are especially excited to implement a year's worth of planning into action.
