Set alongside a PGA golf course offering breathtaking views of the turquoise waters of Maui, Britney and Ryan said "I DO" with kids in tow. We are still obsessed with the outcome of this wedding, as it was relaxed, stunning, and fun!
The Pineapple Chapel in Kapalua offered the beautiful blank canvas for us to create a unique experience for our couple. We spent months designing a fabulous, fun and functional event for this wedding of all ages. We wanted the kids to feel as included as the adults, but it was important for the adults to enjoy themselves. The couple was so generous and arranged for babysitting services during the ceremony and part of the reception.
The day began with the women getting ready in the Bridal Suite, where MeiLi Autumn Beauty pampered the women with hair and makeup services.
Following an intimate, romantic ceremony officiated by the groom's brother, guests enjoyed lawn games from Yard Games Hawaii, appetizers from Cafe O'Lei, and carefully curated cocktails and mocktails from Aloha Bars Maui. DJ Randy played tunes throughout the wedding celebration, playing everyone's favorite music. The laid back fun vibe continued at the Teak Lounge with a firepit coffee table from Rio Event Design, and a photo booth from Bamboo Shootz.
Britney and Tori spent months planning the details for the sophisticated tablescape and dining experience, including white Parsons Wood Dining tables and white Bellini Chairs from Rio Event Design, stunning florals and greenery from Fernhouse Flowers, and a gorgeous table setting that perfectly complemented the florals. Wedding Planner Tori Rogers had collected antique orange glassware for this wedding and placed LED candles in them.
Younger guests dined picnic style at a live edge table on a monstera leaf pattern quilt. It was quite the romantic setting under the starry sky and bistro lights with bamboo pendants from Let's Entertain Maui.
Guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious farm to table menu from Cafe O'Lei. Thank goodness they left some room in their tummies for Ariele's scrumptious desserts!

The design and personalization are my favorite parts of wedding planning, and I am always grateful for the trust placed in me when creating milestone events. What do you think????
