"Tori was our wedding coordinator for our 60 person event at Sugar Beach Events on 12.12.24. We picked Tori after interviewing a dozen coordinators. Her responsiveness and accessibility from the onset was what set her apart from the rest. As a native new yorker and type A personality – it was such a blessing and relief when I knew Tori would respond ASAP to any issues, questions or requests. This, combined with her service level and price packages made selecting her easy.
Tori was available for unlimited support and discussions through the entire process. She provided vendor recommendations and participated in many of the vendor discussions. She was very proactive in chasing down vendors – even visiting them on site to ensure we got the best for our event. She managed our day of timeline and was incredibly creative in solving pain points for us – she even went above and beyond to manage our event transportation (divers, van rentals etc). Access to her stash of wedding materials (frames, candles, linens, etc) were SO helpful, especially when it comes to destination weddings. We also added Tori’s services to our welcome drinks event, which she decorated and set up for us. Throughout the entire process it was clear how much Tori cared for us and wanted or wedding events to go smoothly, be memorable and for us to really enjoy ourselves!
